Support for managing autoimmune disorders, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and more.

I do telehealth (NYS) & in-person (in Williamsville, NY)

Tuesdays, Fridays, and 2 Saturday mornings each month.

INITIAL CONSULTS are 1 hour, we go through full health history (I send you forms, you fill in and bring with you to visit or if telehealth, scan back to me)

We come up with your individualized plan that involves:

Diet
Lifestyle
Environment
And if able and desired – hormone therapy (lots of options) (insurance covers most)
Other supplements or if needed medications

Each patient’s goals for wellness and plans are individualized

Add you to my EMR and patient portal (for messaging me securely anytime)

Initial for all is $500.

Average 2-3 months out $250

Setup in the EMR and patient portal
Administrative services
60-minute appointment
Comprehensive health history review
Blood work (via Quest Diagnostics)
Individualized care plan
Supplement recommendations via Fullscript
Medication or bio-identical hormone ordering (if needed)

Follow-Up Visits – $250 (30 minutes)

If on hormone therapy, the first follow-up is typically scheduled 2 months after the initial visit, then every 3 months until stable. Ongoing follow-ups are typically annual or as needed.
